Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to work carried out by Doe Electrical (Tyler Doe), 9 High Street, Great Houghton, Northampton NN4 7AF.

Local call-outs are £120, which includes the first hour of work or diagnosis. Labour after the first hour is £45 per hour. This rate applies within 10 miles of our Great Houghton base (NN4); work further out is quoted separately. Materials are charged in addition unless agreed otherwise.

Estimates are based on the information available at the time. If we find something that changes the scope, we'll explain it and agree it with you before carrying on.

We work Monday to Sunday, 6am–10pm.

Payment terms will be confirmed with you before work starts.

We guarantee our work. The length and scope depend on the job, and we'll explain what's covered before we start.

Some specialist work, such as EV charger installation, is carried out by our qualified partner technicians.

Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

We carry up to £10 million public liability insurance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
